Excellent - improved and updated lager

Great improvement, drier, malty and more flavourful - up there with the best AF lagers. Great branding although needs printed cans.

Tasty, but unlike the Poolside and Paradiso it doesn't excel

As I'm used to the other Big Drop beers, I expect excellence and a standout taste. Reef Point is lovely, don't get me wrong, and I think I like it over the Uptime lager from their range, but it isn't quite as brilliant as I was expecting. I think perhaps lagers, as they have less strong flavours than say pale ales and IPAs, may be more difficult to replicate without the element of a higher alcohol percentage.
