How do I access my subscription?

If you have an account with us, then all you need to do is login to your account.

From your account on the upper left-hand side, you will see "Manage Subscription." Click the link to be directed to your subscriptions and this is where you can manage them easily.

If you do not have an account with us, click on this link.

From there, you can enter your email associated with your subscription and press "Get subscription login." You will then receive an email with a link to reach your subscription settings. Please be sure to check your spam folder, just in case, for this email.

How do I skip an order?

Using your account link, you will be directed to your subscriptions management portal. If not already on the tab, click on “Upcoming orders.” Select your active subscription by clicking on the > arrow to be directed to the page where you can start changes.

On the next page at the very bottom is where you can select "Skip this order" alternatively, if you need the products right now, you can also press the "Order now" button if you need your beers sooner.

You have now skipped your next order. You are only able to skip your next order(s) at this time. You can skip multiple ones if they are consecutive. If you find you are receiving too many deliveries, we would recommend you change your frequency. If you need any help please email us at customersupport@bigdropbrew and we would be happy to assist.

How do I change the frequency of deliveries on my subscription?

Using your account link, you will be directed to your subscriptions management portal. If not already on the tab, click on “Subscriptions.” Select your active subscription by clicking on the > arrow to be directed to the page where you can start changes.

On the next page, then select the order frequency, and amend to the desired new frequency. You can also change the next order date on this page as well if you just need to amend the next order date. Please note that if the next order date is amended, future subscriptions will be calculated based on your new frequency. The frequency changes are open to days, weeks, or months, so if you want your order to arrive every month or 2 months at the same time that is possible.

You can then see the changes made in your subscriptions tab or upcoming orders tab. Please note that if you have multiple subscription products you will need to update each frequency individually. 

How do I swap products on my subscription?

Using your account link, you will be directed to your subscriptions management portal. If not already on the tab, click on “Subscriptions.” Select your active subscription by clicking on the > arrow to be directed to the page where you can start changes.

At the bottom of the page, select “Swap Product.”

Select the product you would like to switch your subscription to and click on the item bar.

Select the quantity of cases, the variant (amount of cans or bottles), and the order frequency. Then press “Swap for this Product.” You have now completed the change of your subscription.

How do I add more products to my subscription?

Log into your subscription account and go to “Subscriptions.” Press “Add a product” in the upper right hand corner.

Then select the item you wish to add. Some are available for subscription, or one time add-ons.

On this page you can choose to add the product as a one off or a standing additional item on your subscription. Choose the variant size, the order frequency, the shipping address (this defaults to the same as the one as your current active subscription), and the first shipment date. The info should default to be the same as your current subscription, but you can also make changes if you desire to have the additional item more frequently. Press “Add a product” at the bottom of the page when you have confirmed your selection.

You will then be taken to your “Upcoming Orders” tab to show the change has gone through. You have now added a product to your subscription.

How do I add discounts to my subscription?

If you are part of our Big Tribe Loyalty Programme, then you will gain loyalty points on every subscription purchase, and are part of our exclusive Subscription tier. This allows you to access exclusive discounts only available to subscription customers as well as claim discounts on your upcoming subscription orders. 

To add discounts to your next subscription order, log into your store account. Click on our loyalty programme page. Scroll to the "Rewards" section and click the desired discount for £5 or £10 off your next subscription order. Click redeem and copy the discount code to apply on your order.

Next, login to your subscription or click the link on the pop-up to go directly. On your subscription home page, click the order you wish to apply the discount to.

On the upcoming order page, click the item you want to apply the discount to.

On the next page, scroll to the bottom, and click "Add discount." A pop-up or sidebar will appear. In this space, paste or enter the discount code, and confirm to apply.

You will then see a confirmation on the next page that the discount code has been accepted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have received the 3 order minimum already, you can cancel your subscription in your account above. Just login to your subscriptions, and select the active subscription(s) and at the bottom you can select cancel subscription. If you have not received the 3 order minimum, you will need to email customersupport@bigdropbrew.com to see if it is possible.
