Origins

Born from a simple idea: why should amazing craft beer come with a hangover?

At Big Drop, we brew bold, full-flavour beers that are always under 0.5% ABV... Because your biggest life moments deserve a beer that keeps up, not slows you down.

We combine craft-beer heritage with modern innovation. From barrel-aged stouts to double-dry-hopped IPAs, every drop delivers flavour first. And yep, the no more than 0.5% thing is non-negotiable.

Our Milestones

Since our 2016 launch, we’ve collected awards, smashed flavour records, and built a tribe that embraces living large without the booze.

2016

Rob establishes Big Drop Brewing Co, along with old school friend and acclaimed designer – James Kindred.

2017

The Milk Stout and Pale Ale were a hit from the start, drawing parallels with full-strength beers.

2018

Premium Listings at Hakkasan, Fortnum & Mason, The Ivy Group, Waitrose & more.

2019

Big Drop wins the Business Innovation category at the Society of Independent Brewers Awards.

2020

Big Drop launches in Australia & the US markets following success in Canada & The Netherlands

2021

Big Drop becomes one of the most awarded independent non-alcoholic breweries in the UK, with 125 awards to date.
