SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

 

 

At Big Drop Brewing, we're committed to getting your craft beer to you fresh and safely. Here's how our shipping works.

 

 

 

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

 

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

 

 

 

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK mainland. Please allow up to 7 working days during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, summer holidays).

 

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING RATES

 

 

We offer free shipping on orders over £60. For orders under £60, standard shipping rates apply.

 

 

 

 

 

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the weight of your order.

 

 

 

 

 

EXCLUDED AREAS

 

 

We cannot deliver to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, IM, JE, KA27–28, KW, PA20–48, PH19–26, PH41–44, TR21–24, ZE.

 

 

 

 

 

If your postcode is in an excluded area and you'd like to arrange delivery, please contact us at ecom@bigdropbrew.com.  and we'll do our best to help.

 

 

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

 

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We're exploring international options and would love to hear from you if you're overseas – drop us a line at ecom@bigdropbrew.com

 

 

 

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey with our courier.

 

 

 

 

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at ecom@bigdropbrew.com  with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right straight away.

 

 

 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

 

Our standard return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. As with most food and drink, opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

 

 

 

 

 

To start a return, contact us at ecom@bigdropbrew.com  with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return shipping instructions.
